If the winning bidder is an online bidder, the Auctioneer or Title Company shall contact provide, within 48 hours immediately following the close of the auction, all documents to the buyer by electronic mail, telephone or facsimile for execution. The buyer will be required to sign and return all purchase documents to Auctioneer. Buyer shall have three (3) days following the auction to return all completed documents and remit earnest money deposit or shall be subject to paying a liquidated damages amount equal to the down payment. A 5% buyers premium will be added to the hammer price & become part of the purchase price. Properties to be sold “As Is”. All announcements on sale day take precedence over printed material. Please note: this auction is being conducted by Plumlee Auction Service of Hedgesville, WV. Entrusted Auctions is acting solely as a marketing consultant for Plumlee Auctions and is not acting as the agent for the seller.
